Delivery, Returns Policy and Refunds

Delivery Policy

mbewu will send an order number & delivery notice via email once payment has been received and goods have been dispatched.

Subject to availability of products and receipt of payment and unless indicated otherwise: 

  • Orders can be placed 24/7
  • Deliveries will be made from Tuesdays-Saturdays, excluding public holidays 

A delivery being delayed is not grounds for a return or refund. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

 Returns and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by mbewu is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, mbewu will contact you with alternatives. 

We'd like you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly return the product(s)  under the below conditions:

  • Original proof of purchase "receipt" is provided
  • Products are still in good condition/in original packaging
  • Products can only be returned within 4 hours starting from the time of delivery (Not the time of purchase)
  • No refund shall be accepted after the stipulated return timeline.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact our WhatsApp line on the same day of delivery on 061 545 0828 or Call us on 076 143 0138. We will check our system to see what went wrong. If there was any mix-up with your order, we will arrange to swap the wrong product for the one you actually ordered.
